I'm teacher and researcher in the field of law and technology. I'm currently a Lecturer in Law at Cardiff Univeristy, where I teach in the Media Law, Public International Law, and Law and Technology modules. I have research focuses on space law and cyberspace governance. I was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Luxembourg, and an FNR Industrial Fellow at SES. I have served as an adjunct or visiting professor at the Univeristy of Mississippi School of Law, Montclair State University, New Jersey City University, and the Beijing Institute of Technology School of Law.
I'm currently the Execuitive Secretary of the International Institute of Space Law, and am co-editor of The Proceedings of the IISL. I formerly was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Space Law. I'm a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Georgia.

This is my Digital Garden. Its an amalgamation of links, knowledge and other tidbits I find useful or interesting. I divide it into two categories. Professional is the place you'll find stuff related to my research area including a full list of my publications and links to access those publications. This side of the Garden is a bit more curated. Experimental is everything else. Its intended to grow into an unrul jungle. Much of what you will find here are things that I want to be able to find again easily as I create knowledge bases around things.
